Our Diverter Valves are designed to handle all kinds of dry powders and granular materials in Food, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petro-Chemical & Mineral industries around the world. We supply solutions for requriements regarding sanitary applications. Our product line includes USDA approved models for sanitary use in Food and Pharmaceutical industries. The Diverter Valves are available in sizes from 100mm to 500mm, covering a capacity range of the rotor from 0.8-230 litre/rev at 100% filling.

DTD – DRUM TYPE DIVERTER

  • Airlock Drum Type Diverters are designed to divert or converge dry materials such as Powders, Pellets, Kibbles and Granules with minimum degradation in Pneumatic Conveying
  • Product contact surface is Stainless Steel
  • Our Diverters are used in Food, Chemical, Plastics, Pet Food, Pharmaceutical and other process industries
  • Our DTD is available in different sizes starting from 50 to 200mm available with DIN /ANSI /JIS drilling patterns
  • The standard seals are Silicone, FDA approved which ensures the complete sealing between Housing and Drum
  • The Diverter can be used in pressure conveying where the pressure is less than 2bar with Static Seals
  • Operating temperature 80°C (Max)
  • The DTD is supplied as a complete unit with Pneumatic Cylinder and associated components like Solenoid Valve, Solenoid Coil, Junction Box and Position Sensor

DTD-X – DRUM TYPE DIVERTER

  • Airlock Drum Type Diverters-X are designed to divert or converge dry materials such as Powders, Pellets, Kibbles and Granules especially for abrasive products with minimum degradation in Pneumatic Conveying
  • Product contact surface is Hardended Steel / Thicker Stainless Steel
  • Our Diverters are used in Food, Chemical, Plastics, Pet Food, Pharmaceutical and other process industries
  • Our DTD-X is available in different sizes starting from 50 to 200mm available with DIN /ANSI /JIS drilling patterns
  • The standard seals are Silicone, FDA approved which ensures the complete sealing between Housing and Drum
  • The Diverter can be used in pressure conveying where the pressure is less than 2bar with Static Seals
  • Operating temperature 80°C (Max)

SDTD – SINGLE TUNNEL DRUM TYPE DIVERTER

  • Our SDTD are designed to divert dry materials such as Powders, Pellets, Kibbles and Granules with minimum degradation in Pneumatic Conveying
  • Product contact surface is Stainless Steel
  • Our Diverters are used in Food, Chemical, Plastics, Pet Food, Pharmaceutical and other process industries
  • The SDTD is available in different sizes starting from 150, 200, 250 & 300mm with DIN /ANSI /JIS drilling patterns.
  • The standard seals are Silicone, FDA approved which ensures better sealing between Housing and Drum
  • The Diverter can be used in pressure conveying where the pressure is less than 1.5bar with Static Seals
  • Operating temperature 80°C (Max)
  • The SDTD is supplied as complete unit with Pneumatic Cylinder and associated components like Solenoid Valve, Solenoid Coil, Junction Box and Position Sensor

BPV (By-Pass valve)

  • BPV is used in Lean-Phase Pneumatic Conveying systems for both pressure & vacuum and also used in Water Treatment systems as an Un-loading valve in the Blower
  • They provide in-line vacuum relief in the Vacuum Systems and provide safe operation conditions for Blowers and Vacuum Vessel / Hopper
  • For air only applications
  • In a pressure system with the BPV, the air is vented out to the atmosphere when not needed while changing Diverter Valve direction instead of switching off the Blower
  • They are available in different sizes from 50 to 200mm sizes and can be installed in any position
  • Body construction is Cast Aluminum with Plunger made of rubberized disc. This Valve is Pneumatically Operated with Reed Switches as Position Sensor

SV-A (Scale Valve – A)

  • Scale Valve is used to divert the bulk solids in pneumatic transit to receiving vessels. This diversion can be used for such things as In-Line Filling or Bulk Storage Bins, Scale Hoppers / Weigh Hoppers or Process Hoppers
  • In the straight through position the inlet and exit points are aligned through the machined bore of a rotating paddle so that the material passes straight through
  • Being set in diverter position, the air and the material enter the inlet port to be directed downwards by the diversion paddle, into receiving vessel. Air alone gets vented through outlet
  • Final Filtration or Residual Conveying Air can be carried out at a location remote from the receiving vessel
  • It is available in Cast Iron, Aluminium and Stainless-Steel. A simple construction with minimal contact area and minimal process loss
  • Scale Valve – A offered in sizes from 50, 80, 100 & 150mm. Complete air controls are provided as standard, including the Pneumatic Cylinder and Solenoid with Control Unit
  • Available with Flange or Pipe connections
